Eachine E52 sElfie drone with HD camera

Eachine E52 selfie quadcopter

Following the success of the E50, Eachine recently announced an “upgraded” model called E52 sElfie. Even If I don’t see too much improvements, the manufacturer claims that this new foldable quadcopter is enhanced in all way (battery, camera, design). The Eachine E52 was announced in two colors (frosted red and green).

The Eachine E52 follows the nice foldable design of its predecessor but somehow featuring a more robust and aggressive look.

Certainly, one of the most important feature of this quad is the alt-hold. This means that the pilot can enjoy the flight without needing permanently to adjust the flight altitude.

Update: Now you can find it here at the price of $30.99 without RC (BNF package) and $36.99 with transmitter (RTF package).

  1. Hi,

I am trying to get myself a drone that can basically do selfies and fair aerial shots without breaking the bank. I am looking at anything $50 or less. Though I won’t mind putting in an extra buck or two for something really good.

I am a newbie with drones and so would like to know what your recommendations would be.

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    Titi

    • Hi Titi and Welcome on our blog,

Unfortunately, anything less than $300 is just a RC TOY.
The “selfie” drones under $50 have no intelligent flight modes (gesture control, etc) and the camera quality is very poor, like 30 years ago, But, if you are new into drones you should start with a basic model like this Eachine E52 and only then move to a DJI Spark or Mavic Pro.

  2. Best selfie drone! Just got this toy. It is incredible for its price!
My only disappointing is regarding the video quality. If the Eachine E52 had a better camera would be a 5 star drone

  3. Ive just got the E52 -TX pocket Drone RTF I figured to get it going you press the (middle ) up button then after that the stickes will work. However i cant get it to hover on the spot / on the hight. I thought all you do was after getting a hight you let go the sticks and they will centralize and the drone should stay put hover at that hight .( in about the same spot) no breeze for it was insde. But it didnt .
Does anyone have any advise. Note using the remote it came with.
Actually i got it from BG

  4. Cool, I like the concept!
There is any difference compared to Helic Max 1705W and JJRC H37 Elfie? These 3 Selfi Drones are very similar and I don’t know which one I should buy….
