The new Mavic 4 Pro keeps the tri-camera system introduced with the Mavic 3 Pro but is now installed on a 360° infinity gimbal, which allows it to capture unique cinematic aerial footage. The primary Hasselblad camera features a newly developed 100MP 4/3 (17.4 x 13 mm) CMOS sensor with an adjustable F2.0 to F11 aperture that supports 6K@60fps videos. Additionally, it features a 70mm telephoto lens equipped with a 48MP Type 1/1.3″ sensor, fixed F2.8 aperture, and a 168mm telephoto lens with a 50MP Type 1/1.5: sensor, fixed F2.8 aperture, and 13 stops of dynamic range.

The DJI Mavic 4 Pro raises the bar for flight performance, delivering an impressive maximum flight time of up to 51 minutes — a noticeable improvement over its predecessor. Powered by DJI’s advanced OcuSync O4+ transmission system, the drone supports 10-bit HDR video transmission with a reliable range of up to 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) and a total flight range of 41 kilometers (25.4 miles). While it’s unlikely you’d ever operate a drone over such distances, this extended capability significantly reduces the risk of signal loss, even in challenging urban environments or areas with high levels of wireless interference.

With safety in mind, the fourth-generation Mavic features six high-performance, low-light fisheye sensors and dual processors for high-resolution environmental awareness. It achieves omnidirectional obstacle avoidance at speeds up to 18 m/s even in lighting conditions as low as 0.1 lux, such as environments illuminated only by streetlights.
