The newly released Holybro Kakute H7 V1.3 flight controller supports 2 to 8S LIPO batteries and is intended for classic four-motor drones and professional octocopters. It has nine PWM outputs (2x4in1ESC and LED), six UART ports (UART2 is used for Bluetooth telemetry), and a dedicated HD digital port for DJI O3 Air Unit and other compatible VTXs.
According to HolyBro, the Kakute H7 incorporates the best features of its F7 predecessor and further improves on hardware components and layout. With the additional integrated Bluetooth chip onboard, you can perform Betaflight configuration and tune wirelessly on your phone with the SpeedyBee Android & IOS App. The built-in 5V 2A and 9V 3A BECs can power various accessories, including high-power VTXs and cameras. Furthermore, it has a MicroSD Card slot for virtually unlimited Blackbox data logging.
The integrated BetaFlight OSD makes it easy to display important information on your FPV display, like battery voltage, flight time, warnings, RSSI, smart audio features, and more. It is also ready for autonomous flight with the onboard barometer. There are LED & buzzer pads, I2C pads (SDA & SCL) for external GPS/Magnetometers.
