Mavic Mini standard vs combo: What are the differences?

DJI Mavic Mini Standard vs Mavic Mini Fly more Combo

As you could read in my hands-on review, the Mavic Mini is available in two package options: “Standard” and “Fly More Combo”. Let’s find out what you get for the extra 100 bucks!

Both Mavic Mini box options comes ready-to-fly with included transmitter. As its name says, the “Fly more combo” is dedicated for those who needs extended flight time – not just flying once in a month. Combo comes with with 3 batteries, charging adapter and and two-way charger which allows to charger 3 batteries in a sequence. It also includes two extra pairs of spare propellers and carrying hand bag. In contrast the “Standard” comes with the bare minimum to get your flying – not even includes a charger adapter.

Final Thoughts

Black Friday is already knocking at the door and we all hopping to catch some nice Mavic Mini deal. From the savings you could buy a memory card or spare battery, but in order to be ready to pull the trigger you have to make the decision which package options fits more for you. For the extra $100, the Fly more combo pack gives you accessories in value of $160 plus bonus carrying case and 18W fast charger, not bad at all!

  1. The combo is a no brainer. I like the batteries and charging system more then I thought I would. Also, the blade guards are must have for indoor practice.

  2. My budget is limited, so I need to stuck with “standard”. For those that already purchased the $399 Mavic Mini (non-fly more) is one battery enough for you?

  3. thanks making things clear!
please could you also explain what’s the difference between DJI Care Refresh and Care Refresh+, besides the price of course.
