The YiZhan Tarantula X6 is a very popular quadcopter, probably because its unique and interesting design.

Regarding the weight and size, it’s much bigger than other cheap quadcopters, so probably it has better wind resistance and greater stability. To handle the extra weight meanwhile keeping the agile flight capabilities, the X6 quadcopter is powered with a high capacity 7.4V 1200mAh Li-Po battery.

The Tarantula X6 quadcopter can be equipped with two different camera models, 500W with wide angle lens and 200W with 60 fps. To achieve the best video quality, both cameras are installed on a special anti-vibration camera mount.

Usually, brushed motors fails after 20-30 flights because of the high-speed rotation and their construction. In order to ensure a quick replacement of them, the Tarantula X6’s motors are equipped with plugs, so you don’t need to solder the wires, just remove the dead motor and replace it with a new one.

  1. Is there a user review on this ?? I was/am thinking of getting one… not worried about camera quality … just for fun flying.
    And maybe the webby can start a poll of the best Chinese stores…..

  2. Hi, my X6 quadcopter go to left side by himself!
    I need to move the trim full to right side…It was perfect when it was new…
    Any sugestion??

Should be known that this isn’t really a beginner flyer more intermediate flyer and recalibration is very important because if you keep trying to trim it from the point of it already being unbalanced it’s almost impossible to get to fly right.I say this because I just got me one of these bad boys and it was ticking me off cause I COULDN’T get it to hover to save my life lol but just figured out the recalibration thing not sure if it matters but when you recalibrate it have both controller and drone on level ground and set still.
