DJI Drones

DJI is the dominant market leader in the consumer drone industry. Its camera drone technology is widely used by hobbyists as well as by professionals (music videos, television, and film industries). They have 3 main product lines (Inspire, Phantom, and Mavic).

The company was founded in 2006 by Wang Tao. After 7 years of research and development, they released the first generation of Phantom, an entry-level GPS-enabled quadcopter that was more user-friendly than any other drones on the market at the time. Read more on Wikipedia.

DJI Mavic 3 Classic
The more attractive price tag comes with some compromises. The new DJI Mavic 3 Classic has a single camera, losing its mainstream brother's telephoto capabilities. The Hasselblad camera has a 20-megapixel, 4/3 CMOS sensor and 24mm equivalent lens that can capture 5.1K footage at 50fps or 4K and 1080P at 60fps. DJI Mavic AIR drone
It looks like the rumors were true, finally, DJI officially revealed their Air drone. The additional portability coming from the smaller size brings unwanted shorter flight times. The lightweight Mavic Air features a camera with a 1/2.3"...

DJI Mini 3: Cheaper, but less featured

DJI MINI 3
In 2022 the drone market started to shrink mainly due to higher prices and stricter regulations. Higher production costs, Remote ID, 250 grams weight limit, No-fly zones, and other things made us think twice before pulling the trigger for a new drone. DJI's new Mini 3 drone targets those who are not want to invest a fortune in a...

Mavic Air 2 vs Mavic Mini: In-depth comparison

DJI Mavic Air 2 vs Mavic Mini
From the beginning, I can tell you that in case someone advises you that the Mavic MINI is better than the Mavic Air 2 he’s trying to sell you one or just never played with these two DJI drones before.
